
Season of Epiphany
Our celebration of Christmas rolls into the season of Epiphany. Epiphany comes from a Greek word that means appearance, referring to the appearance of Christ in the world as the Savior. The festival of Epiphany is observed on January 6 as a remembrance of the coming of the Wise Men to worship the infant King. The days between Christmas and Epiphany came to be known as “The 12 Days of Christmas.” On the eighth day of Christmas, the naming and circumcision of our Lord is observed.

New Year’s Worship
Start the New Year properly by praising our Lord for the blessings of the past year and anticipating more of God’s gifts on New Year’s weekend! Understanding holiday plans may be made, Apostles is offering you two opportunities to worship. The same service will be offered on New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31 at a special time of 4 PM, as well as our regular worship time on Sunday, January 1 at 10 AM. Join your friends in Christ as we thank God for the things of the past and look ahead to prosperous future!
